The Application Process

We are excited that you are considering Mission Grammar for your child’s education. We can't wait to learn more about your family  and the hopes and dreams you have for your child(ren)! Our process is outlined below:

  1. Complete Online Application below
  2. Set up a Tour to visit our campus and meet our community
  3. Shadow Visit and Observation: Your scholar visits from 9-11am- during this time they participate in learning activities, get to know peers and teachers and complete grade level assessments
  4. Families are encouraged to apply for Financial Aid
  5. Acceptance letters sent, pay deposit to secure your scholar's seat
  6. Welcome to Mission Grammar!

Connect with Us Virtually!

Virtually Shadow at Mission Grammar

How it works:

  • Sign up for a Virtual Shadow: Your scholar will gain access to our remote learning curriculum; complete with academic work, online resources, and teacher communication. You can participate as much or as little as you like. Click here to sign up!

  • Teachers will share a daily morning message of connection and work for the day(s)

    • Any necessary books will be purchased for your child and mailed to you if you choose to participate

    • If your scholar is in grades 4-6, they will get a google classroom email address and join subject classes, which check-in regularly throughout the week

  • Need a device? No problem- simply email me at adutson@missiongrammar.org we will coordinate a pick up of a chromebook (free of charge) as soon as possible

Once signed up for a Virtual Shadow, we will automatically add you to our email lists and your scholar will have access to the Mission Grammar remote learning curriculum; if you’d like to be removed at any time, simply let our teachers know.

Virtual Meetings with Mr. Hayle

Email Mr. Hayle potential dates and times that work for you, he can assist with any enrollment needs, answers questions about the school and assist with FACTS applications- email him here ahayle@missiongrammar.org He is available for phone calls, google hangout, zoom or FaceTime meetings. We can also set up virtual meetings with current families!

Financial Aid

Mission Grammar’s tuition goal is to make a Catholic education affordable to our families and students. We offer financial aid for all qualifying families through the FACTS portal and accept childcare vouchers.
